Beverage Service. The Xxxxxxxx possesses business license, license to serve all alcoholic beverages legal in Georgia, and liquor liability insurance. Furthermore, beer is brewed on-premise and this is the only beer served on-premise. No outside beer, wine, or spirits may be served by the Renter or Renter’s caterer within The Xxxxxxxx.
Beverage Service. (a) It is agreed that the following shall be the formula used to divide gratuities between the Banquet and Beverage Staff. Cash Wines 50/50 Host Wines 50/50 Liqueurs 50/50 F5.01(b) It is understood that Beverage staff will make and serve the fruit punch as well as any non-alcoholic “mocktails” requiring mixing and receive 100% of the gratuity. (2010) F5.01(c) Pop, juice and water shall be set up as follows: a) If specified on FA to be set up on Bar, then Beverage Employees would handle set up and service and receive 100% of the gratuity. b) If specified on FA to be set up with food, then Banquet Employees would handle set up and service and receive 100% of the gratuity. c) If not specified on FA, then Banquet Employees would handle set up and service and receive 100% of the gratuity. d) If last minute changes occur due to client requests, the gratuity will be divided equally between Banquet and Beverage Employees. In this case both will participate in clean up duties. NOTE: It is understood the 100% is from the Employee portion of 75%.
Beverage Service. Beverages shall be available to passengers throughout each leg of each mission. Full alcoholic beverage service (beer, wine, and mixed drinks) shall be made available to passengers on all contract flights subject to contractors' normal rules as to age, sobriety, charges, and schedule unless otherwise directed by the CO. Charges may be made to passengers commensurate with commercial operation for alcoholic beverages.
Beverage Service a) Alcoholic beverage service is not required to hold an event at Lakeview Banquet and Event Center. b) The minimum beverage service required by this agreement may be met with alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages. c) The event host agrees to purchase alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages from Lakeview in an amount equal to or greater than the minimum beverage service guarantee or, in the case of a cash bar, pay any deficit between the minimum beverage guarantee and the total of purchased beverages and cash bar receipts. d) Lakeview Banquet and Event Center is licensed by the State of Michigan and must abide by its regulations and laws. e) Alcoholic beverages not purchased from or served by Lakeview Banquet and Event Center are not permitted on the premises.

Beverage Service. If alcohol is to be served during the Rental period, Renter will be required to obtain separately a permit from the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Virginia ABC.
Beverage Service. CYC does not provide liquor to third parties. Renters may provide their beverages, however, Washington State Liquor laws require that only CYC employees serve alcohol. If alcohol is to be served, Banquet Permits from the Washington State Liquor Control Board must be provided to CYC 24 hours prior to the Event. As a licensed premises, CYC will uphold and enforce all liquor regulations. Persons under 21 will not be served alcoholic beverages. The Supervisor may ask guests for proof of age. Beverages will not be served to anyone displaying apparent signs of intoxication. CYC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.
Beverage Service. In the absence of a bartender, waitresses in the Lobby Bar will be paid the bartender rate during hours when bar is available. Except in emergency situations, the Manager shall not perform bartender work. Mini Bar When an employee with a lower regular rate is temporarily assigned perform the mini-bar job for a least the employee shall receive the mini-bar rate while so assigned.
Beverage Service. If wine or beer is served, a delegate of the responsible party is required to oversee beverage service to guests and to obtain all permits needed and assume all liability of guests and wedding party. All alcohol consumption relies solely on the server and signer of the contract.
