Authority to Use Sample Clauses

Authority to Use. Attachment B of each Approved Service Order will state whether or not the Consultant can use subconsultants to provide any part of the Work. If Attachment B does not authorize the Consultant to use subconsultants, then the Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to use a subconsultant to perform any part of the Work.
Authority to Use. Whichever of the following is marked applies to this Agreement: The Consultant can not use any subconsultants without the Director’s prior written approval. The Consultant will use the following subconsultants for the specified areas of work. The Consultant can not remove, replace or add to any of the subconsultants identified in this provision without the Director’s prior written approval.
Authority to Use. 2.1 The School Council grants to the Community User, a non-exclusive licence to use the Premises and the Equipment for the Specific Purpose described in Item 9 of the Schedule and for no other purpose. 2.2 The Community User agrees to abide by the Conditions of Use set out in clause 8.1. 2.3 The Parties agree that the licence to use the Premises and the Equipment contained in this Agreement is not transferable.
Authority to Use. 2.1 The School gives the Hirer authority to use the Facilities and Equipment for the purpose described in the Schedule. 2.2 The Hirer has the authority to use the Facilities and the Equipment at the dates and times set out in the Schedule. 2.3 The Hirer must not use the Facilities and Equipment for any other purposes. 2.4 The Hirer agrees to abide by the Conditions of Use as set out in clause 8 below. This authority is not transferable and the Hirer must not sublet the Facilities to any other party.
Authority to Use. Consultant shall perform the work contemplated with resources available within its own organization and no portion of the work pertinent to this Agreement shall be subcontracted without written authorization by the Director, except that, which is expressly identified as follows:
Authority to Use. (a) Subject to this clause 15, Customer is authorised during the Term to use Contract Manufacturer’s Confidential Information in the Territory only to the extent necessary for, and for the sole purpose of, exercising its rights and performing its obligations under the Agreement. (b) Customer must comply with any guidelines issued by Contract Manufacturer in connection with Contract Manufacturer’s Confidential Information.
Authority to Use. (a) Subject to this clause 21, Distributor is authorised to use Supplier’s Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in the Territory only to the extent necessary for, and for the sole purpose of, exercising its rights and performing its obligations under the Agreement. (b) Distributor must comply with any guidelines issued by Supplier to Distributor in connection with Supplier’s Intellectual Property.

The Vendor will use the following subconsultants for the specified areas of work. The Vendor can not remove, replace or add to any of the subconsultants identified in this provision without the City Attorney’s prior written approval.
Authority to Use. The Client also agrees that in addition to a Securities Loan, the Firm may use the Client's Custody Assets for other purposes where permitted under this Agreement. Where the Firm uses the Client's Custody Assets, the Client agrees that: (a) the full title and ownership to the Custody Assets used is transferred to the Firm, free and clear of any liens, claims, charges or encumbrances or any other interest of the Client or any third party, for the purpose of securing or otherwise covering the Client's obligations to the Firm under the Agreement; and (b) the Firm will not hold such assets in accordance with the Custody Rules.

Calpine will use the following Subcontractors for the specified areas of work.
