Assistant Director. An “Assistant Director” is the person engaged to assist the Director in matters related to the direction of the production.
Assistant Director. All teachers shall pay monthly to the Association moneys equal to the established fees or dues of the Association. Assistant Director. An aggrieved employee shall first raise the issue with the Assistant Director (or designee), who in most cases will be able to resolve the situation. The aggrieved employee shall notify the Assistant Director (or designee) of the concern in writing within five (5) working days of the discovery of the issue. The Assistant Director (or designee) and the aggrieved employee shall meet to discuss the issue within five (5) working days of the date the Assistant Director (or designee)received the employee’s written concern. The Assistant Director (or designee) shall respond within ten (10) working days of the discussion meeting. If the Union desires to appeal the determination to the next step, it is the Union representative’s obligation to initiate the appeal.
