Additional Insured Endorsements. Contractor’s commercial general liability policy, automobile liability policy, and, if applicable, umbrella policy must be endorsed to name the following as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of this Agreement: the JBE, the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, and their respective judges, subordinate judicial officers, executive officers, administrators, officers, officials, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers or employees.
Additional Insured Endorsements. (a) The Commercial General Liability policy must be endorsed to name as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees.
(b) The Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policy must be endorsed to name as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees.
(c) The Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policy must be endorsed to include (i) Auto Pollution Additional Insured Endorsement naming as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees; and (ii) Form MCS-90 for Motor Carrier Policies of Insurance for Public Liability under Sections 29 and 30 of the Motor Carrier Act of 1980.
Additional Insured Endorsements. An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.

Additional Insured Endorsements. All policies required in this Section, with the exception of Workers' Compensation and Professional Liability, must be endorsed to name the following as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the Consultant's Services for the Judicial Council under this Agreement: the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, the State’s trial courts, appellate courts, justices, judges, subordinate judicial officers, court executive officers, court administrators, and any and all of their officers, agents, representatives, volunteers and employees.
Additional Insured Endorsements. The Contractor shall cause the insurance required by the Contract Document to include the City of Xxxxxx Valley, the City Council and each member thereof, the Xxxxxx Valley Housing Authority (MVHA), and the Xxxxxx Valley Community Services District (CSD), and their respective officials, employees, commission members, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and representatives as an additional insureds. For the Commercial General Liability coverage, said parties shall be named as additional insureds utilizing either:
1. Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Additional Insured endorsement CG 20 10 (11/85); or 2. ISO Additional Insured endorsement CG 20 10 (10/01) and Additional Insured Completed Operations endorsement CG 20 37 (10/01); or
3. substitute endorsements providing equivalent coverage, approved by the City. The endorsements shall be signed by a person authorized by the insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to such additional insureds. Coverage for such additional insureds does not extend to liability to the extent prohibited by Insurance Code Section 11580.4.
Additional Insured Endorsements. Consultant must provide an additional insured endorsement for Commercial General/Business Liability (for both on-going and completed operations) and Business Automobile liability coverage naming the Santa Xxxxx Valley Water District, its Directors, officers, employees, and agents, individually and collectively, as additional insureds, and must provide coverage for acts, omissions, etc. arising out of the named insureds’ activities and work. Other public entities may also be added to the additional insured endorsement as applicable and the Consultant will be notified of such requirement(s) by the District. NOTE: This section does not apply to the Workers’ Compensation and Professional Liability policies.
